KUDUMBAYOGAM EXECUTIVE MEETING

 1. The following were in attendance:-

    K A Kurian (Thankachan) - President and Elsy

    Baby Joseph (Babychan) - Treasurer and Sosamma

    K C Mathew (Mathaichan)

    K A Thomas (Tomy)

    John Antony (Johny) and Rema

    Lalichan Zacharias (Lalichan)

    Benny Zacharias (Benny) and Lucy

2. The following points were discussed:-

    (a) More and more youngsters should be coopted into the executive committe for infusing more energy into the Kudumbayogam activities

    (b) Kudumbayogam should initiate action to render financial assistance to family members who may be facing hardships for higher studies / medical emergencies

    (c) Visit K A Varghese (Georgekutty) at Thrissur to revive family links

    (d) Timely payment of Kudumbayogam annual subscription will help finance the essential projects. Executive members of each branch to kindly take initiative to ensure the same

    (e) Efforts should be made to update the family pages on the website and upload photographs of family events - marriages / birthdays / baptism etc.

    (f) Family visits must be encouraged to ensure stronger family bonds.

3. It was decided to conduct the next Biennial Kudumayogam on 15 August 2012 at a convenient location at Kottayam / Ernakulam under the stewardship of Lalichan / Benny / Santhosh Zacharias    

Demise: Antony Thomas (Antochen)

Antony Thomas (Antochen) son of Thomachan (Chandichan Group) expired on 01 May 2011 at Changanacherry. Funeral service was held at St Mary's Metropolitan Church, Changanacherry the same day Antochan (date of birth 06 Nov 1954) was ailing for some time and leaves behind his wife Alice and sons Thomas and Sebastian

Wedding Liza & Gary

Marriage of Liza, Daughter of Prof. Joseph Abraham (Josekutty) and Gary Jacob, Son of Jacob Mammen, Cherivukalayil, Thiruvalla was solemnised on 27 Jan 2010 at Thiruvalla




Marriage Rose & Jaison

Marriage of Rose, daughter of Babychan and Sosamma was solemnised at St. Mary's Cathedral, Changanacherry. Jaison, son of Joseph and Marykutty, Thottassery, Changanacherry, is employed in UK.
